A 1,500-capacity downtown room at 345 B Street, opened November 1995 inside a former 1963 bank building. Over its run it hosted more than 3,000 concerts, from James Brown and Public Enemy to Wilco, the White Stripes and Jeff Beck. It closed in December 2012 after losing a lease dispute; the building was demolished in 2022.
