Opened May 1924 as a Goldstein Brothers movie palace and Northampton's premier cinema for some 70 years, until it closed in 1994. Eric Suher's Iron Horse Entertainment Group bought and restored it in the late 1990s and reopened it for live music. The exact reopening year is not firmly documented.
