The second-floor ballroom of the 1914 Hobbs Building in Davis Square, the same complex as the Somerville Theatre. It was a function hall, fell into disrepair, and closed in the 1980s. Renovated during the pandemic shutdown, it reopened as a 500-capacity music room in October 2021.
