Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum

Los Angeles, CA. 1 show.

Also known as
LA Coliseum

Opened June 1923 as a memorial to World War I veterans; a football and track stadium, not a music venue. It has hosted Springsteen, the Stones' Steel Wheels tour, U2, Metallica and the Grateful Dead. Capacity has ranged from 75,144 at opening past 100,000 for the 1932 and 1984 Olympics to roughly 77,500 today, so none is claimed.
