A municipally owned deepwater pier from 1924 on Portland's eastern waterfront. In 2009 the city approved a $2.4 million redevelopment of the pier's end that made an outdoor venue holding about 3,000 in folding chairs and standing room. In 2017 the city declined a long-term contract with the concert promoter.
