Founded September 2004 by Scott Hayward in an 1890s farmhouse in Londonderry, where a roughly 200-seat listening room drew national touring artists. It moved to a purpose-renovated 20,000-square-foot building in Derry in spring 2017 and grew to about 700 seats without losing the listening-room ethos.
