Titus Andronicus are an American punk band from Glen Rock, New Jersey, formed in 2005 around Patrick Stickles. The Monitor (2010), a Civil War concept album about moving to Boston, made them the decade's great maximalists — shout-along punk with ten-minute songs, literary footnotes, and E Street ambition. Stickles has kept the flame through countless lineups, and their live shows remain a communal, fist-in-the-air ritual.
