1515 Broadway, designed by David Rockwell, opened September 2005 as Nokia Theatre Times Square on the site of the Loews Astor Plaza cinema. Best Buy bought the naming rights in September 2010; it became the PlayStation Theater in November 2015, closed at the end of 2019 when the lease expired, and reopened in 2020 as Palladium Times Square.
