The Mansfield amphitheatre opened June 13, 1986 as the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts and is the Xfinity Center today. It carried the Tweeter name from 1999 to 2008. Capacity was 12,000 until a 1994 expansion took it to about 19,900: 7,000 reserved, 7,000 lawn, 5,900 general admission.
